   Maison Amelé provides research, planning, coordination, lifestyle support and related services for private clients and their partners.

   Every project is discussed individually. The scope of the work and the applicable fees are agreed with you before any work begins.

3. 03Your responsibilities

   To help us do our work well, we ask that you provide accurate and complete information, and give approvals or decisions when they are needed. Delays or inaccuracies may affect what we are able to arrange.

4. 04Third-party services

   Where appropriate, we may research, recommend, arrange or coordinate services provided by third parties, such as hotels, venues, transport providers or specialists.

   These services are provided by the third party and may be subject to its own terms and conditions. We take care in choosing who we work with, but we do not control the performance of independent suppliers.

5. 05Changes and cancellations

   Changes, cancellations or additional requests may affect the scope or cost of a project. Where this applies, specific arrangements are agreed with you directly.

   We aim to provide thoughtful, careful and discreet service on every project, and to keep you informed as the work progresses.

7. 07Confidentiality

   We treat the information you share with us, and the details of your plans, with discretion and confidentiality. We use it only to carry out your request and share it only where necessary to do so or where required by law.
